Alvin's Jazz Club - Calgary

The live music was great, food I consecrated was good, but a bit on a pricier side. In any case, you recommend this place for an appointment or a special occasion. My wife and I had a good time celebrating my birthday. Will definitely visit again.

How flying first class? Just sit back and relax as you are transported back to the jazz era. I'd like to go back! Music is 5 out of 5! Check their website for the times of live music and stay around: Most of the evening is live music with short brakes for performers filled with recorded jazz game. The food was tasty (end of food prices). As a non-drinker I was disappointed with the mocktail menu? It offered drinks that I believe were made with artificial liquor, so I don't care about a drink except orange juice. Parking is the worst! This municipality does not offer free parking (except a spa and I could not even find a paying agency. I?ll need to look new, but it can provide a key bite type service or other car service.

Great atmosphere. I love the fact that there's live music programmed for the whole week and different times of the day to enjoy it. The food is great and the service is friendly and prompt. The night we went there it was a bit packed and our reserved table wasn't in the best location to appreciate the music entirely but we still enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended for a date night or special occasion. This place is awesome, will definitely return.

What a beautiful little spot! We went there on a Sunday for brunch and enjoyed an afternoon of jazz. The food was just fantastic and reasonably priced. Everybody enjoyed themselves immensely and thank you to the staff for making it a wonderful day.

Pleasantly surprised by some delicious food! Nice variety with a 3 course meal at $50, though portions were quite small. Great cocktails. Hope more is added to the menu. Music was rock and a bit too loud, especially up close. Will definitely go back and try to see something acoustic voice/piano/bass would be perfect for this intimate setting. We had extremely comfortable chairs. Also enjoyed a fantastic night walk around the area!
