Very rich everything but the smell of the food left in the clothes is tremendous

I asked for a milanesa with potatoes, they brought me the crude milanesa, when I prayed, the boss supposedly said that the meat was like this, then they offered me to cook it more and good came back pure oil, how the potatoes had taken them, they returned also cold, so I ate putting the best wave (I left half,) but it was not the best experience.
