Simple Simon's Pizza - Calera

Ordered a fiesta pizza, which is suppose to come with lettuce and tomato?s. Received a burnt pizza that could break your teeth with no toppings. Called the location and the woman answering was rude and lacking customer service skills. The so called manager wasn?t any better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I always order online or call in pick ups, but friendly staff, never any issues, wished they delivered but worth the trip.

The staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food was delicious. We ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, an ultimate calzone, and hot wings.

This is a clean and tidy little restaurant. For just $10, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat, and the food is really good, simple, and served quickly! The staff is friendly, and everything is fresh, hot, and plentiful. The salad bar is also fresh and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Today, I ordered their "July Special," which included a medium supreme pizza and a medium one-topping pizza for $17.95 through their website. I had to choose the type of crust for each pizza. However, when I went to pick up my order, I only received the supreme pizza. I explained my order to them, but they said, "Sorry, this is all that was on the ticket." While the staff was polite and respectful, I strongly recommend that they update or fix the issues with their online ordering system. This is the second problem I've encountered at this location, and I will no longer be giving them my business.
