A Flatta Restaurant - Calenzana

We stayed in this small 5-room hotel/restaurant for 7 nights. What a fabulous experience. The restaurants both inside and outside on the terrace are both charming. I don't know where to begin with the recommendation on food, it's all superb (except the Espladon... swordfish hard). The Beignets sooo good. Ravioles de gambas fantastic. Interesting cooked meat served with love and care. Cut the fresh charcuterie while watching so thin you can see through them! Excellent but simple desserts. Wine expensive. (Social wines). Service pretty slow if there are only two of you. WC. Immaculate. Private parking. Breakfast good. The only bottom is the bumpy, one-lane road to get there. Go, it's wonderful.

The quality of the food is clearly removed from the diagram. I tried almost every item on the menu during the stay at the hotel and all plates are simply delicious. I salute to just think about it. The staff is very friendly, especially Alexia, who took care of us most of the time. She was very courteous and friendly. The hotel/restaurant is located in the mountain and is accessible by a gravel road for the last km. It's worth it.

Interestingly cooked meats served with love and care. The fresh Charcuterie cut, while you watch, so thin you can see through it! Outstanding, but simple desserts. Wine expensive. (Corsican wines to to be). Service rather slow when there are only two of you. WC. immaculate. Private parking. Breakfasts good. The only down side is the bumpy, single track road to get there. Do go, it is wonderful.

The hotel/restaurant is located deep within the mountain and accessible through a dirt road for the last km. It's worth the drive.

Excellent! fresh, tasteful, well cooked, just roasted in the oven like the calf and served with its juice so a full of flavor assured! but also the foie gras home..the beef quota .... our 2 passages will remain memorable. Thank you also to Alexia..Alexandra and bruno
