The Smokehouse Bbq - Caldwell

The ribs are cooked so tender and glazed just right. If you want fall off the bone ribs, this is the place to go! We also had the red potatoes too and they are nicely seasoned.

The food was excellent but it's tough to overlook how dirty the place was. The kitchen is clean but the dining area was pretty gross. It's not that big of an area either and I can't imagine that it would take very long to push a broom through the place once in a while.

What 's that little train blowing out smoke? My toddler has asked many times from the back seat as we pass this BBQ joint attached to a car wash. Well now I can tell her that 's the smoker for a delicious BBQ joint that we will be frequently visiting. I ordered the brisket lunch, which usually comes with chips but I was able to replace them with any side at no charge. I chose the smoked red potatoes and they were a little oily, but tasty! The brisket was flavorful and, although it wasn 't fall apart tender, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought the portion size was perfect for a filling lunch. Their prices are reasonable, and their food is delicious. Doesn 't look like much, but I 'll be back would recommend checking them out for yourself.

I’ve been living here in the Treasure Valley for 15 years and was feeling like eating some BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this spot In Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket as I pulled up to the location The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that tasted so GOOD and it literally melted in your mouth.The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is made so perfect, just torn apart with two fingers and the flavor was amazing.Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop by I DEFINITELY recommend the Beef-Brisket and the Red Potatoes…
