Smokin' J's Bbq - Caldwell

Wow, I was really impressed with how delicious my 1 lb. brisket sandwich was, especially when paired with potato salad and beans. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the sandwich actually came with a full pound of brisket! That’s a great deal, and the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning since they also offer smoked ribs, chicken, and other items I’m eager to try.

I've been living here in Treasure Valley for 15 years and felt like eating BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this place in Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket when I moved to the place The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that so GOOD tasted and literally melted it in your mouth. The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is so perfect, only torn with two fingers and the taste was amazing. Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop from I DEFINITELY recommend beef brandy and red potatoes...

In my opinion, this is the best BBQ place in Caldwell. The brisket was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend it. The mac and cheese was delicious as well. Even though my desired dish wasn't on the menu, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me without any hassle. The customer service was fantastic. I can't wait to bring my wife here!

The ribs are thus gently cooked and directly glazed. If you want to fall from the bone ribs, this is the place to go! We also had the red potatoes, and they are beautifully spiced.

Honestly, this is by far the best brisket I've had in a long time—absolutely delicious!
