Pizza Hut - Caldwell

It can be hit or miss, and today was definitely a miss! I ordered a three-topping pizza but only received two. The employee was kind enough to give me a $2.00 discount, but I felt sorry for her as she was managing everything on her own. I'm giving it three stars because they have performed well in the past. Unfortunately, my pizza was disappointing this time, and the marinara sauce didn't taste right. It took over an hour for my food to be ready after I ordered online, which is unusual since it's typically ready by the time I arrive. I really hope they compensate that girl well!

I can't say this was my best experience at a restaurant. First, it took 15 minutes for someone to bring us a menu, and then another 15 minutes to take our order. The wait time was average, and the food was just okay. Our waitress, who I believe was also one of the cooks, seemed unfamiliar with the order device and the cash register. However, she was very friendly. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s a shame because this is a lovely place. I would suggest that the staff could benefit from some additional training. Oh, and the flies were quite bothersome.

One of the few Pizza Huts in the greater Boise area with a dining room. When we visited, there were only two people working, and they were dedicated to taking great care of us. They were genuinely surprised that we traveled 30 miles just for lunch and truly appreciated our visit. My granddaughter loved the salad bar, and the pan pizza and breadsticks were fantastic. The waitstaff frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and kept our drinks filled. We will definitely make the trip again!

Ever since the new management has taken over, this place has been flourishing! The food is always fresh, all the employees are helpful super sweet! Thank you for the great experience! Pizza was delicious!

They were very understaffed and quite a long wait during lunch. One party ended up leaving. They only had 2 workers and they did the best they could. Food was good and their $5 lunch special including personal pan pizza, 3 bread sticks and a drink is agreat deal.
