Contribuiți la feedbackI put an order online for catering and needed it earlier than I thought. I called and Rae helped me. When I came to the restaurant, she packed it. She was so nice even though they were so that she went beyond and beyond. She definitely deserves 5 stars. And the food was amazing, it made my lunch a success.
This restaurant manager is terrible. In the lobby, the manager called two seperate individuals to work too late. This guide is a dictator and is extremely rude, not only guests, but also the employees who work there. What a terrible environment to get food. Also there was a dinner rush with 5 plus people in the line and no online orders were complete, while the leader pulled people from Prep to publicly smuggle them. I'll never visit this place again. And I hope someone reads this that can help the leader to make positive effects with their team, because there is a very obvious reason why they fight to get orders.
The food is okay, but some of the workers are incredibly rude. I've had family members and they know the rules etc. The workers won?t listen to everything you demand. Once they forgot a whole record and I had to go back home to pick it up. You might be less careful that it happened that they would even reimburse me for my problems. One more time I had to wait for one of the Entrees to finish cooking as soon as they saw my order competing they began to help among eaters first mentioned to one of them that I wait along time already and I wanted my plate to tell me to wait my turn I told them it was my turn a long time ago, so then she took my bag all the napkins, hot sauce, etc. in the bag then can help further She the Uber drivers I told you to wait again until I yelled at her and listened to her, I told her that it doesn't make sense that my food is sitting there and she doesn't check me out! Then she helped me. And another time, one of the boys literally set four? Pieces of orange chicken we told him we know? Shall be 1 pots and a half not only one he said would not hear, although we were upset and no longer serve. Remember, because of the terrible experience s it takes us a long time back because we rather not with the workers we started buying orange chicken from Costco and making white rice at home! So good or better!
Only spent 19 mice on a 3 side and rice and a bowl for my wife, This is the spicy beef before I even ate it I saw it and thought it looks a little old. Try it and it? as rough as it is days old it taste?s terrible the consistency of it is terrible, the rice was hard and old too! The beef broccoli was old and hard and also chew?. How do you serve me old dirty food? It is sad to see that this becomes the new normal in the food chain, young workers carelessly and simply accuse all chaos of labor shortage. There is no excuse for integrity and if you should work in a customer service job You have SOME integrity
Placed my order at 943 pm online and paid for it. Arrived at 10pm as my food was supposed to be ready at 955 pm. Waited till 1015 to get my food after watching everyone walk in and walk out with their food. The online ordering is a joke. I asked 3 times for my order and kept getting an excuse that the noodles were not done. BS, the guy was busy filing walk in orders and after all that, I was missing my grilled chicken when I got home. Save yourself time and frustration by just walking in and ordering. You'll be happier or just go somewhere else. Hope this helps.
