Mcdonald's - Caldwell

Will never eat there again. My kids got food poisoning. Probably because of cross contamination, you know, basic knowledge of culinary arts. But it’s probably some kid that doesn’t give a rap.

If you order from this place and they don't put the food in the bag that was still sealed when it arrived and tell you it's your problem not there's. When you ask for the manager some guy says he's the manager and hangs up on you. When we call back to ask his name they wouldn't tell us and hang up on us again. Food was ordered from there app.

This is just Preposterous I ordered fresh cookies and they proceeded to still give me the hard cookies probably from like 2 days ago then the worker that's working the front till proceeded to tell me that they do not have time to make fresh cookies not to mention one of the workers yelled out well if they want fresh cookies thry can go across the street to albertsons to get them all the workers were laughing and still gave me the old cookies not to mention they messed up my order what a terrible experience my son had as his first time at McDonald's it only takes 3 minutes to make them

Never been to a worse mcdonald’s in my life, they never put bacon on my burgers that literally have bacon in the name. i say no onions, apparently that means no lettuce to them. i ask for substitute mac sauce and they still put ketchup and mayo on everything. i dont think i’ve ever had a sandwich made correctly from this place. the kids they hire have no idea what they are doing even though machines do half the work for them. Do you want anything made correctly and to be fresh and not made an hour and a half ago? there is another mcdonald’s down the street that’s been doing it right since i was a kid. at least those kids know what they are doing.

The cook, or the robot, whichever makes the hamburgers doesn't know how to read or count. This is literally the 4th time this year I have ordered a DOUBLE hamburger and it only has one patty on it. At first I thought it was just a one-time mistake but the fact this is the fourth time in a month literally blows my mind.
