Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I wish they had these in Washington state! The product and service are outstanding! The burger patties are the heart and soul of this place, and they make them perfectly. The shoestring fries are a great addition too!

We ordered two shakes and a peanut butter chocolate banana sundae, but the only item we received as ordered was one strawberry shake. This was quite disappointing, especially with all the construction going on, making it difficult to return.

We loved Freddie's! We have lived in Caldwell for over 3 years and never tried them until our 17 year old got a job there this summer. They are delicious! Patties are very thin but there are 2-3 patties on the burger depending on the one you order. The fries are sooo good. Better than McDonald's if you ask me. Service was great and the resturant is so cute with a retro feel. If you haven't tried them yet I would recommend stopping by! We averaged about 12 or 13 dollars per person for a meal (burger,fries and a drink)

The Vanilla Ice Cream and the Cheese curds are the only things I've found that I like. The rest is just regular burgers. The service is what you would expect from fast food. Just good enough to stay in business. In my opinion.

Alright, so my review is a little odd. I wasn't eating here but picking up a doordash order. The food was ready on time and neatly bundled, a burger and a few shakes. The staff was friendly, i was in and out fast. My fellow delivery drivers can relate. This is ideal. But the fast and friendly service is NOT why i decided to leave a review. On my way to drop of the food to my customer, i had to slam on the breaks. The burger stayed put but the shakes flew off the seat, the lids came off, and i was expecting a mess of epic proportions. But Freddy's shakes are SO THICK and luscious! Those bad bois stayed IN the cup. Absolutely no mess! Popped the lids back on, explained to my customer what happened, they laughed, and i continued my shift. I could not believe it. So if you like fast and friendly service, and thick milkshakes, Freddy's is for you!
