I'm a big fan of Dunkin and have visited this specific location multiple times. The staff here is friendly and courteous. However, I have a couple of suggestions: 1. The iced and frozen drinks could use more flavor, especially when customers request and pay for extra flavor. 2. Napkins, straws, and sugar should always be stocked at the service stand, even at just 9 AM. Come on, guys—I'm sure you can improve on this. I’ll be back!
Both times, after noticing the extra $1.50 charge on my card, I brought it to the cashier's attention, but she was rude and unapologetic, making me feel like I was the one at fault for causing a delay. Instead of refunding the overcharge, she offered to give me a donut next time, which I declined, stating I just wanted my money back. She appeared irritated and annoyed by my request. Despite the convenience of this location, I won't be returning out of principle. Customers, be cautious.
Bit slow service and too much mill in my iced coffee. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back in.

Need to add more taste to icey/frozen drinks; especially if the customer wishes and pays for additional taste. 2.
