Arby's - Caldwell

The crinkle fries were not fresh. When I politely asked for fresh fries, the cashier rolled her eyes and made a rude gesture. I left the restaurant without my fries and will not be returning.

Arby's consistently delivers exactly what we look for in a fast food chain - clean, quick service, and food that is always ready to go. You can never go wrong with the double cheddar sandwich, paired with their unbeatable honey mustard.

Friendly staff, nice clean store. Took a little longer than normal to receive my order, even though the number of customers was not that many.

Drive thru was closed sohad to go in ... Lobby looked like it hasn't been touched on two years.... tables were covered with food and trash , Ice machine was out of ice , only had small lids for cups and napkins were never takin out of brown shipping wrapper. Took 20 mins to place an order and to top it all off we didn't even get what we ordered... I guess it's what we have to look forward too with this generation?

I rarely go out the way to complain on reviews, but this place certainly justifies to do so. The customer service wasn't the cashiers fault because he was only doing what the manager instructed them to do. I went in to order and decided to get their special 2 for $7 or 2 for $7.50. I can't remember the cost. The sandwich is called the Americana. Never had that before, but after I heard what comes on them, I asked not to have some sort of sauce (maybe burger??? sauce) the name is not important. I did not want that sauce, and I did not want the lettuce. The cashier told me they were only allowed to remove 1 thing off the sandwich per their manager. I asked him to repeat it. I said well nevermind I'll go somewhere else.
