Pizza Express - Calderdale

Thank goodness this restaurant is part of a chain. The food is delicious, but the staff is awful. They never seem to have enough kitchen and wait staff, so service is extremely slow. It took 40 minutes for our meal to arrive today, and a poor woman at a nearby table waited over an hour for her food. The management at this location needs to be replaced, as they clearly do not know how to properly run a restaurant.

My 15-year-old son celebrated his birthday with three friends at this restaurant. He mentioned that it was evident that the staff prioritized serving other customers first because they were young. Some customers who arrived after them still received their meals before them. While I was not present to witness this, he compared their experience to dining at other places and noted that this was not an issue elsewhere.

We had a fantastic lunch at Pizza Express. The manager was very welcoming and we received excellent service. I would highly recommend it.

Great night, yesterday evening went on a meal with my wife and it was super tasty, the service was also excellent, the waiter was very helpful, he was very attentive to us. the atmosphere was great, we loved to sit back and watch the 2 cooks... prepare our food, also loved the teigtricks, will definitely be back.

We had a lovely relaxed evening at a Pizza Express, our meals came quickly, the staff were friendly, helpful gave us time to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Nice atmosphere we had a lovely waitress.
