Caffe Nero - Calderdale

My wife and I visited the cafe nero in halifax today. no one of the tables was clean, I saw the waitress was about the tables she was wiping with her hand. there were dirty tassen etc. on most tables, outside of them with ashtrays full of tab...ends I felt the whole place grubby seemed.

This is the best coffee I had from a caffe in halifax. the coffee is always hot and strong. the cakes and pastries are delicious. service is always with a smile.

We have visited this caffè nero regularly for many years and still have a bad experience either with the staff or the food/drinks. the employees are always welcoming and happy to help and go beyond and beyond to provide excellent service and. to correct the few mistakes they have made. if nothing changes, this coffee shop in halifax will have our use as long as we live close enough to visit it.

Really beautiful place and excellent staff. a really great guy served me and he was all smiles. many sanitisers and social distancing excellent. the tables were kept all the time to keep the place in very good order

This has always been a lovely coffee shop and staff are always friendly and polite. But social distancing of the tables inside and outside is necessary. Please clean them more outside, in the past this might have been the favoured choice of smokers but now...it’s a safer option for us all and If someone prefers it they need the option. Other than this the staff are great, and quality of coffee is good.
