Mcdonald's - Calapan

Inadequate customer service. They prioritize drive-thru orders above dine-ins. After waiting more than 20 minutes, we noticed that they had given our order to a drive-thru customer.

Very slow service. Please try to accommodate volume of customers/orders faster.

Love the thing that they are open for 24 hrs.. Coffee with cousin at 3am will be one of the unforgettable moment.

Sunday Services is happening at 10am and 3pm at the Activity Center of CityMall near Merrymart grocery.

It’s still called FastFood, but super slow service always. In other countries u always get served quickly with a smile by the staff. As often normal in the Philippines and also here in Calapan unfortunately not. Another Experience made here: after 10 minutes waiting the food, the staff told its not available we had to repeat the order. : Welcome to FastFood in the Philippines. At least the Big Mac and Big Tasty is good, but just after long waiting.
