Karen's Main Street Diner - Calais

We enjoyed delicious clam chowder and lobster bisque at this restaurant. We also shared a basket of fried haddock with French fries. Everything was fantastic and reasonably priced.

This restaurant is a great spot for both lunch and breakfast. Their breakfast menu is available all day, and the staff is very friendly.

The restaurant has a welcoming staff, a fantastic atmosphere, and is extremely clean. The menu offers a nice variety of options, and our appetizers and main courses were delicious. We enjoyed learning about the history of the building and surrounding community from the owner.

So far the best restaurant to get traditional chicken wings in Washington county..

I have been to Karen's several times and have NEVER been disappointed in the food nor the service and I will go back sometime again.
