This review is dedicated to Jarrick! After a long, exhausting 10-hour day of teaching Pilates classes, I hurried into this place feeling completely drained and on the verge of catching a cold. When I walked in, Jarrick welcomed me with an upbeat and friendly demeanor, despite the fact that they were about to close in 20 minutes. I was unsure of what I wanted and was on a FaceTime call, but Jarrick remained incredibly helpful and guided me in choosing a juice loaded with vitamin C. His kindness and charisma truly stood out, and I felt compelled to share my experience on Yelp. Thank you for such a warm service! The atmosphere here is very laid-back, and I definitely plan to return to soak in the vibe and enjoy some more juice!

This is the third time we drive to this location and the machine doesn't work. I gave up. Not going back. And the guy who works there, l feel that we bather him just to try to give them some business. Anyway good luck .

I love pressed, especially their soft serve. I visited this location for the first time a few days ago and I was very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that the employee was on their break, and that they'd be returning in almost an hour. I was a little upset at this as I had already driven 30 minutes to this location but I waited as I knew I would love the product. Once inside I was greeted by an employee that was very rude and stand-offish and almost seemed as though she didn't want my business. Now I am all for understating bad days, especially working in food and customer service myself, however when you visit an establishment like Pressed with a positive environment and hefty price) you expect to be treated a little kinder than yogurt land down the street. This location also only had 2 flavors of soft serve which were unfortunately my least favorites but that's not their fault) and they were out of 2 of the toppings I wanted. I am usually never one to complain or comment on negative experiences, but I was very let down by a place I love so much. It seems as though they might be understaffed and overworked which is most places nowadays. Overall the experience was kind of a waste of my time.
