Hanami Shushi - Calabasas

I was craving sushi but I couldn’t sit in so I got this order to go. This review based off of a pick up order, next time I’ll try to dine in.I ordered their salmon skin salad and their rainbow roll. The salmon skin salad was pretty good overall with a whole lot of salmon skin pieces. The rainbow roll was solid and delicious. Solid fish quality and rice, seaweed were perfect.I’d definitely come back to try their other menu items because it was a great meal overall.

I am extremely angry. I have been coming here since I was in high school. The food is OK. Not great. The service is horrendous. Ambiance is a little dingy low class right space. Do yourself a favor and do not continue to support an establishment that does not care for customer service!! We as consumers have the right and ability to weed out establishments that do not meet basic customer service standards. I don't know who they think they are. They treat you as if they do not care about you or your business. It is only right that I report this because this has happened not only once or twice or three times. I have referred people to this restaurant and have been extremely embarrassed when they tell me of the service they experienced. HORRIBLE. MANAGER CALL ME ASAP. I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AT FRINT DESK.

Best sushi around. Always top notch fresh fish.. Been going there for many many years.

Everything was good except the smell of the pipes/plumbing in the establishment. It stinks in there.Food: 5/5
