Maintenance of the pump is almost non-existent. I would not even comment on the hygiene of the toilet. It is unacceptable that a NIS pump leaves such an impression, especially since it is located in a more than busy location.

The toilets are dirty and there is not even a hint of soap. Is it really such a big expense for basic hygiene?
