I choose this restaurant because it was in the hotel where I stayed. I had an evening meal and as a hotel guest breakfast. for dinner I choose grilled sweet salad, barramundi and panacotta. salat was in order, barramundi was a little dry and too salty....The best was panacotta with sky jam. now via the service. I ordered a bottle of “perroni”, so they brought me a bottle and I had to stand and find a glass. the same thing happened with water. No one brought or asked if I wanted water, so I had to serve alone. the breakfast was very common with very little standard hotel breakfast choice. there was a coffee machine, but only hot water. so there were scarlet with instant coffee. the real coffee I found when I left restaurant in the lobby for 5$ .
Cockroaches seen in the dining room. overpriced eating with abstinence desert. only there 1 night of 5.
Coral hedge brasserie restaurant (berry to disappoint everyone, but the waiting staff do not serve in brassiere or other ladies underwear, as the name of the website might suggest they are very respectfully dressed) is the restaurant with rydges cairns esplanade hotel and. is very well worth when they are looking for the free rydges priority gust reward card, the 20% from meal and dinner drinks. the waiting staff is friendly and efficient and the service is quick. several dishes were excellent. the steak was perfectly boiled and served with the so-called sidewinders (a cross between fryed and baked carrots), which were crispy and tasty. it may have been a bad night, but the pizza I ordered at our second visit, although large, was bland and something soggy. it was one of the few pizzas I didn't finish. that says a lot, yet I want this to be a positive review. try this restaurant, especially if you stay in rydges.
I had a fish dish, I was a wee bit disappointed at the size, BUT the fish was cooked to perfection. All in all it was a very good meal and good service, the 2 staff member I saw were quite busy, but managed very...well... would eat there again if I am staying in the Rydges...
