A very good selection of seafood and also other food if you don't like seafood, the crab was very fresh and easy to break the shell to eat, most of the food is Chinese and a few selection of Western food it had a good variety the soup was good too the drinks are free ie; orange and apple juice and water, if you stay at the Hotel you get a further 20% off a really discount and a very good feed we were all full afterwards, has a licence bar there to get your beers and spirits. Well worth if you have a hungry empty stomach.

We walked 2kms to get there and was told it was $59.80 each. The webs6said all you eat $30. I didn't really want all seafood. Plus there wasn't many choices to ha6

Examined all previous reviews like a comb, decided to go anyway and wasn't disappointed. Recognised the manager as the former owner of the Chinese restaurant across the road from Woolworths. Lovely lady and lovely staff. Buffet options were plentiful with the same Chinese feel as in yesteryears. All seafood on display were fresh and delicious. I read all the reviews before dining here this evening and the past reviews were quite scathing however more recent reviews were more on point. The hotel and facilities are very typically Chinese and in saying so I was pleasantly surprised. For the price paid at an all you can eat buffet the food was above average and there was quite a good selection. The staff were extremely polite and extremely efficient. The restaurant was extremely clean and tidy and everyone was so promptly and diligently. It is just a good affordable meal out with room for promise. The manager used to own the China tea house across the road from Woolworths for 15 years and she is very proud and extremely good at her job. I would recommend this for a family friendly affordable mail out

My family and I have been going to Charlie's for the past 20 years, however haven't been in ages because it was over priced and the food disgusting Decided after seeing on social media they promised a new chef and management that maybe it had improved.... absolute lie, food was gross and my child sick today after eating there. I had to turn on the fans outside, asked staff and they pretty much ignored the request, bar was dirty and drinks warm Overall horrible experience, don't recommend- maccas is more appealing
