Contribuiți la feedbackIf you are looking for a nice place to eat, facing the sea while enjoying a nice lunch or dinner Le San Marino is the place to go, especially if you like oriental dishes. The food is good, generously served and for 10 € you get stuffed (lunch only I assume). Staff is quite efficient and friendly too.
A group of friends and I had dinner here on our last night in the south France. Our first thought was it appeared to be the busiest restaurant in the area, so it must be good.. Out of 6 people not one of us had a good meal! The experience was awful from start to finish, The waitors were rude, how they are allowed to have bathrooms so disgusting I will never know?? and when we paid, the waitor was quick to realise we did not leave a tip and started banging plates and getting angry! we all felt a little sick after our experience at Le San Marino..
Visited for lunch, had the plate du jour which was the couscous with a bit of chicken and a spicy sausage and the vegetable stew. Loads of food but really wasn't very good, maybe my bad choice! Wife had the tajine kefta which was certainly better, loads of it but nothing special. Son had the moules frites, mussels weren't great, although we are spoilt for seafood in Scotland. The chips were superb ... if we go back it will be frites all round! Service was good.
Lovely little restaurant with terrific views of the coast. Great spot for people watching. Very nice food lots of choices and nothing was too much trouble --even at closing time.
Rain or sunshine, it's always crowded in this little restaurant, run by a Marrocan crew. Very friendly, fast service and good food. The prices from th menu are a bit pricy for the setting, but the 'plat du jour' aka the daily dish has large choice of fish, meat and paella for 10 euros. Overall a good address for a good mail t an affordable price.
