The Morrison Club - Cagliari

One point, because I couldn 't give 0 points!! It took them 1 hour to just serve us the starter. We had Bruscchetta, which was soggy and plain vanilla no herbs, nothing. White bread and tomatoes. When we finally got one of the Pinsas Margherita, it was also not properly seasoned and watery! We finally gave up and left without having had our main courses, as we had other plans for our afternoon! After 1,5 hours, I should have been out of there, not waiting for my main course! We had to pay full price and there was no apology!

Horrible service as we had to wait 1 hour for basic starters. People came after we did and got their main course orders. No logic in how the food orders were prepared and served.

Polski poniżej We went to restaurant to eat dinner and hang out sitting with bear. Unfortunately to make an order it took hours before waiter showed up. But anyway finally we made an order 4 dinners (2 spaghetti carbonara and 2 Napoli). We received food after 70 minutes of waiting.. but only 2 portions. So again we ask waiter when can we expect missing food (he admitted that he unfortunately forgot about it), and we were informed that it’s gonna take max 15min. After 30min waiting we gave up, paid for order ale left. The saddest part is that this food was so bad then overall I’m pretty happy that we didn’t receive everything what we have ordered. I’m highly disappointed with both food and “customer service”. If u want to spend nice time with good meal just pass this place and don’t even look behind you : Poszliśmy do knajpy zjeść obiad i posiedzieć przy piwie. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania, aż kelner podejdzie do stolika. Gdy w końcu udało się zamówić 4 dania (2 różne rodzaje spaghetti carbonara i napoli). Jedzenie przyszli po 70 minutach ale niestety niekompletne dostaliśmy dwie porcje.. po kolejnych naszych prośbach zostaliśmy poinformowani, ze jedzenie będzie w ciągu 15 minut. Po pol godziny czekania na brakujące dania poddaliśmy się, zapłaciliśmy i wyszliśmy. Najsmutniejsze jest to, ze dania były na tyle niesmaczne, ze w sumie dobrze ze nie dostaliśmy zamawianego kompletu. Dramat : jeżeli chcecie naprawdę spędzić fajny wieczór zjeść obiad w dobrej restauracji przejdzie obok tego miejsca i absolutnie się nie oglądajcie bo szkoda pieniedzy, nerwów, czasu itd.

Ottima cucina, ambiente molto pulito e ospitale ma nell' elencare menù e fuori menù oralmente sono stati immessi gli allergeni e ho rischiato grosso. Oltretutto non sono state presentate scusea anzi, mi è stato fatto notare che se io non elenco le mie allergie loro vanno tranquilli... Il colmo!

Locale carino...Chiara la cameriera molto gentile,simpatica e disponibile...cocktail molto buoni...lo cosiglio
