Friendly and kind staff, super helpful with our every request. We took the meat: the sliced beef, very good with a side of potatoes accompanied by two raffo draft beers. To finish it all off with a delicious Alaska cup and a pistachio cheesecake. We will definitely be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I often have lunch at this chain but will never go to this place again Arrived at 12 with a 2 year old child, they took our order at 12.30 and brought the cold, woody food at 1.30, all served on a rickety table... I have given various possibilities to the Old Wild West in Sestu, however it proves itself for what it is: not at all up to the standard of the other restaurants in the Cagliari area. Long waiting times (despite not there is a full house), dishes served cold and sometimes with missing or added ingredients (according to the chef's opinion). Unfriendly staff, a smile wouldn't hurt and polite answers would be more than welcome and once served you are completely abandoned by the waiters. Furthermore, only restaurant ticket meal vouchers are accepted, while the others accept various types. Not to mention the cold current coming from outside, inconceivable. It also happened that while we were eating at the table, they were cleaning the room: at 9pm! Scandalous! I strongly advise against it.
