Il Fana - Cagliari

Very nice little restaurant, moderate prices and very kind staff. Sea food pasta and tuna were delicious.

We had a lovely diner at this little restaurant. It was rather busy when we were there and the staff had to work very hard, but we felt at home and the staff was very friendly. Diner was of a good quality, we liked the tasting starter a lot and the pasta with octopus inkt is a Sardinian classic. The prices are not very high, especially not for the quality of the food.

Food tasted authentic, and there was a lot of native Sardinians around to support that claim. The appetisers were really well composed, and main dishes (we ordered pastas) were satisfactory. My only gripe with their food was the fact that the seafood seemed a bit too rubbery for my taste. The service was so-so, no problem with speaking English, but seemed to have a bad day when we were visiting.

Around Cagliari we stopped for dinner in this restaurant. Sea-based appetizers and very good dishes. Overall fresh and good fish. Average price, for the service kindness and welcome excellent.

We arrived at dinner that was very late. The lady, already tired and tired all day poor, welcomed us very well. The food was really but really exceptional. Not only because I was hungry, that in Cagliari it's not easy to eat well, but it was really to lick the mustache. Fresh homemade pasta with anchovies for me and tortelloni with ricotta, spinach, ham and butter for my husband. Very good dishes. Thank you.
