Brinkhoff's - Cagliari

Excellent! Cordiality, prepared, great food and excellent beer... The wonderful location, cosy terrace with plants and very friendly climate.

On holiday in Quartu S. Elena, a lover of craft beer, I looked for a pub where to enjoy me after a day of splendid Sardinian sea and the beloved google brought me to Brinkhoff 's in Cagliari. You enter a brewery room and outside there is a beautiful outdoor terrace and, by reading the menu, you can guess the alemanno style. the beers at the plug attract my attention but it is Fiona, after I explained my love for the bitter and for the APA and the IPA, which offers me 3 beers to drink in sequence of alcohol gradation. In the waiting instagram cop and I discover that Fiona is a big piece in the brassicolo environment and received several awards both as pub and personally as a beer woman for the promulgation and enhancement of beer. Google recommended me well. Let's eat and eat on the Sardinian pecorino to the plate, from my parts (Cilento) we use the caciocavallo to the plate and the idea of another cheese that was not the caciocavallo drew my curiosity and I was rewarded, because I loved it very much. Pleasant pub for winter evenings and with a beautiful terrace for summer. Menu with a number of dishes and also beers, but better few and good. Prices in standard. Kindness and courtesy are not lacking. I give 4 stars and not 5 just to invite them to do even better with a pinch of greater attention in the kitchen and in the presentation of the dishes. There could be no better place. The quality of food and drink is exceptional. Fiona's desserts are unbeatable. Going to the Brinkhoff's is wonderful. I've been seeing this brewery for many years and I couldn't find myself better. I made known this place to friends and relatives and we all agree on one thing: no place is warmer and gorgeous than the Brinkhoff's. I add that you eat well. They have beers of all kinds and can spoil customers like no one. I love Brinkhoff's and the wonderful people who manage it.
