Gadisushi - Cadiz

Excellent sushi and good service. Good menu choices. Atmosphere in the local area is excellent too.

We wanted to get some sushi and got a box for 23€, 10 pieces. Crazy! But, it tasted good and seemed fresh. Go somewhere else, e.g. the bar next to this place.

This place is right up there on the Sashimi front, for sure, and I am comparing this with Japan. Rick Stein was right this is great seafood. This place is basic, simple, outdoors with stolls and no frills. but if you leave that to one side, one comes here for the quality of fish. The Sashimi, especially the Otoro is oustanding, and the price point for the Otoro is excellent. Probably could have done better on the serving the Wasabi, and the slicing not on par with Japan but still very good. However, this this is a Cadiz market, and it is rare to getJapanses Sushi and Sashimi this good. Without question, if I have the opportunity, I would eat in this place in flash. In fact we over ate, as it was this good, and did not know when I would next eat seafood this good s we were on day trip. If Cadiz had more Japanese tourist, they would flock here.
