Gran Don Manuel - Cáceres

We were staying in the hotel and had dinner one evening. We had a thinly sliced courgette salad for a shared starter, which was delicious. We then had a Japanese style rare tuna with tempura seaweed and a grilled octopus tentacle. Both were very tasty. The waiter had limited English but was very pleasant and friendly.

Poor service expensive food of not significant quality. Main problem were the waiters. Went into town for just coffee earlier and the service staff were totally different and friendly albeit a 5€ sit down!! For a four star hotel you need 4 star staff!!

A happy and relaxing place. The bar and bistro were very welcoming. Food was of high quality and reasonably priced.

Este es un hotel fantástico en el que alojarse. Muy cerca del centro histórico de Cáceres. El personal es muy amable, servicial y educado. Me he alojado dos veces y las habitaciones no me decepcionaron de ninguna manera. La cena fue excepcional. Desayuno buffet genial con mucha variedad. Definitivamente regresaré.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con un desayuno y una atención excelente (Carlos es un crack de la hostelería). Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Repetiremos.
