I took my kids for a special treat tonight and our Carhop, Cody, was the best carhop we ever had. He teased and joked with the kids, he helped me with my credit card when I couldn't get the machine to work, and was just a big guy who obviously LIKES his job! We'll go back and ask him. Also a special cry to the manager tonight who took the time to show me the difference between a regular hot dog hall and a croissant hot dog hall. I was convinced that there was no difference, but he showed NICELY to me. Other managers were slightly upset and disturbed, but he was a good sport about it. Thank you.

Staff is usually fantastic even if its super busy or real near the closing time. The food seems to be hit or missed. As sometimes they forget the cheese for your pulp, or your chicken sandwich is a bit too crisp. There's a younger guy back a while, I think his name is Gabe, he was always fantastic. About friendly, polite, thoroughly asked question to ensure the accuracy of the order.

I have notes with extra fat that they were right out of the fat, but would have been nice if they left them before they clean them up.

Sonic always seems well staffed, the people are friendly, the food is prepared accurately every time. They are probably the fastest drive-thru in Cabot, McDonald's. Ironically could be the slowest.
