McDonald's - Caboolture

We just stopped in to get Thickshakes, our order was taken and within a few minutes we had our drinks.It wasn't very busy when we arrived, store was clean.But way to many people in the kitchen area and only one register was open. Another 3 staff members where having a meeting in the dining area.

Today, we called in for a late lunch and ordered two toasted sandwiches. We were going to order thick shakes but they only has Chocolate Honeycombe, not pout taste at all.After waiting at the unattended McCafe counter for 5 minutes, it became obvious that you need to queue up in the fast food section.They were busy but the inept manager speaking loudly to the staff and staff who were frazzled and didn't know what to do, if we hadn't paid, we would have left.While toasting our sandwiches, the girl was interrupted and asked what she was doing at least four times. They were so disorganised that everyone was stressed and obviously didn't know what to do. The manager didn't help the situation at all.When the sandwiches were served, we sat down and then realised that only one side was toasted. The cheese hadn't had time to melt and the tomato was still cold.It tasted like warm cardboard. My wife complained but no-one cared.I ate most of mine as I was very hungry and we had already driven 100kms. You know the saying, the food was s**t. We left them on the counter hoping that someone might ask "Why did that couple leave their food on the counter?"But I doubt it.Don't waste your time or money, find somewhere else. There is a reason that this McDonalds scores so poorly and someone needs to do something about it.

Smelly toilets. Dirty play ground, wont let me son play in play ground.. looks like it hasnt been cleaned for years. Pickles on wall and windows.

Nearly every order something is missing.The person who handed us was most perfunctory ( almost threw it at us) and appeared to be the manager. Culture flows from top to bottom.We stopped in the car park this time to check but still missed that they had not given us sauce for the nuggets.How hard can it be.'Tried to ring to complain - of course nobody answered the phone.How this company got to be am multi national beggars belief.

Husband and I called into the Lear Jet Mc Donald's outlet about lunch time , we were greeted almost at the front door by a very cheerful young lady who took our order , in no time at all, our meals were brought to our table, the coffees also were delivered to our table by the same up beat girl we had met earlier .. Lear Jet Service !!! My husband's only complaint , the restroom was very small, no room to move !! As we left , the barrister at the Mc Café counter wished us a pleasant afternoon !!
