Best battered fish burrito with guacamole black beans. Tortilla was ever-so-lightly toasted, fresh and warm. Give the chef a raise!

Recently did an online order and it was supposed to be 1 fish taco and 1 shrimp taco. Got home to discover that my taco didn't even have meat in it? It was just cabbage, avocado, and sauce. I called in to ask for a refund, but the employee argued with me and said that they made the order correctly. I understand that mistakes happen but why try to gaslight me, lol. After some back and forth they agreed to refund my order, but overall was very disappointing.

It was okay. I ordered the fish tacos, and sometimes tasted like it had sat in a freezer for too long. I also found some blue fuzz on a couple of my chips... The fuzz made me think that I wasn't just thinking the tacos tasted freezer burned because even the chips had something.However, my son enjoyed the beans, and I did too. :)Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu.

They automatically add a $6 tip to your online order and they hide it. You don't realize until after you pay. The only way to avoid it is to find it before you pay and $0 it out. I am not being waited on. This tipping culture is out of control. Greedy penny pinching.

Second time I come here to order the only thing I order a “Alaskan Salmon Burrito Grilled” but yet the cashier doesn’t pay attention and always seems to give me something else. This time a Puerto Nuevo??? A sheik burrito I’m told?? Cmon guys. I love Rubio’s still, but just won’t come back to this location and the other place that did the same exact thing elsewhere. They did issue a refund, because I definitely didn’t want them to mess up my food after my complaint.
