El Cortez Restaurant - Cabo San Lucas

I have eaten both breakfast and lunch there, and the breakfast menu is far better and far cheaper than the lunch menu. Mar De Cortez is a good place to eat downtown.

We where here for our first time but it will not be out last we stayed at this Hotel and ate at this restaurant every day, the food and drinks here are great, Pay as you go ,add it to your room or get a Bar credit. The beer is cold The margarita's is great the Club sandwich is wonderful the French toast is great. It is next to the pool, even if you don't stay here (see reviews) you still have to come eat a meal here, very low prices and large helpings. All the help here is wonderful and ready to help you enjoy your meal or Bar experience.

This restaurant was on one of our tour stops, 1st restaurant in Cabo, with excellent food, warm friendly staff and on the main Street in Do. Dining was open to the outside which was very refreshing.

We loved this hotel. the rooms were clean and maids keep fresh sheets and towels, along with fresh water every day. our view was awesome, over looking pool and bar...the food was good and very fair priced. happy hour was very was twice a day, loved it.we were really close to everything, Cabo Wabo, senior` frogs etc. shopping and great resturants...the help at Mar deCortez was so nice, and fun to be around.

I have lived in San Felipe for 16 years. I am Italian descent. Finally an Italian Restaurant that is authentic and the food is awesome. The spaghetti with meat sauce is better than mine...and that says a lot! A side order of meatball or sausage is spectacular-such flavosr. Tonight we tried the pizza....paper thin crust with sausage, meatball, pepperoni! wow! Jim, the owner and chef is originally from Italy having live for some time in New York. We are fortunate to have him and his restaurant in San Felipe! You wont be sorry to went in for lunch or dinner.
