We love going here plenty of lanes. The weekends definitely get crowded there may be a wait time to utilize a lane, but they do have a nice size arcade, pool tables, laser tag to past by time. Alcoholic bevs are good. Not a big fan of the food, but that’s just me. We come here quite often just to have a good time grab drink or two.

Had a great time bowling, playing Air Hockey and arcade racing!

I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. I’ve been coming here for 16 years I can undoubtedly say, I will never return! My family of ten, came to celebrate my nephew’s 20th birthday (as walk in customers) Jes was our cashier. We split the check in two. We asked for two lanes and one game per person… we brought our own shoes, hence not asking for shoe rentals. Jes assumed we needed shoes per person and charged us without our consent our knowledge. She than asked what size shoes after the transaction. We said, oh we didn’t know you charged us, we brought our own. We were then issued a refund. After starting the game, the computer kept skipping a paid for person. The attendant fix the issue and when he went to bowl again, it did not let him play his turn and skipped him. We had to request another attendant fix this issue, which took another 10 minutes. We had to go up to the counter and Jess said she put five on each lane but didn’t tell us. Our plan was to play kids against adults. By the time the issue was resolved, and Arlene was reset the kids finished playing their game. The kids had to sit there for an hour hour and a half as the adults had to replay our game. I ordered two pizzas and fries. After two hours of waiting our food never came. so I canceled the order after requesting a server twice and no one ever came. I spent $54 and than had to ask three times for them to process the refund. On top of that, the girl just came around again and asked if we could leave because she had a party for 16 with the reservation. I need it three lanes while we were occupying two. And then said never mind forget about it because we all look shocked. The nerve. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Charlie is THE MAN. Thank you so much for supporting our group and making our birthday girl feel like royalty. We loved bowling. The laser tag. The arcade. What a lovely night. And thank you again, Charlie, for helping our party out. Shout out to the bartender Zach for making her night as well! Great location and great staff!

I used to bowl here as a kid when it was Brunswick Zone and WOW I miss that alley. Now I occasionally come here to see my dad bowl in his over 65 league. This is probably great for kids and camps and parties because it has alot going on arcade, laser tag, bar, alley. I can’t speak to how it is for league other than some feedback he’s given me, mostly that he has a good time and enjoys the game. One perk is the pro shop. It’s one of the only ones for miles so I even know people from Philadelphia who travel here for pro shop needs like getting a new ball or a ball drilled out. I don’t ever bowl here because it’s so overpriced. It makes me so incredibly sad that such a family friendly activity and incredible sport is made so extremely cost prohibitive by this company. It’s appalling. The price gouging means that everyday families can’t afford to take their kids here or young kids can’t hang here with friends at least not often. It’s a shame because bowling is such an awesome sport/social activity. With food and drinks and games, it would cost as much as a small vacation. I’m so lucky I was a kid when bowling here (at Brunswick Zone) was way more affordable and I could do it regularly for practice, for fun, and later, to take the kids I babysat for. Allegedly they’re also switching to pins on strings here soon which will be the end of this alley for me for good. This may not matter to the casual bowler but if you know bowling at all, the physics of pins on strings is all wrong and completely changes the pin action. Final note, last time I was here I couldn’t believe how dusty it was. All of the light fixtures are coated in a thick layer of dust. This alley is in desperate need of a deep clean.
