Harvest - Cabanatuan

Great place to stay and extra special during Christmas time when the front of the property gets decorated. Dianne assisted me with check-in and made the process very easy and painless. Dianne gave great answers to a lot of my questions. Kevin who helped deliver our bags to the room were also helpful. Stayed in Executive Room and had ample space to move around between my wife and I. Very responsive to our needs especially when fixing toilet and hot water in the bathroom. Very professional staff. Would greatly recommend for those staying in the Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija region. Rating will be updated once stay has been completed.

A good value for money hotel. Offering fairly luxurious rooms and amenities for an affordable and fair price. Food provided is good quality and tastes great, however they need a wider variety of options for the breakfast buffet. Visiting the pool it was fairly dirty, lots of dirt and dead bugs on the surface of the water. But the pool itself is nice. Quite shallow at 4ft deep. There is also a smoking garden outside. If you visit in the wrong season the whole city is filled with flies and this hotel unfortunately can't deal with them so there were a swarm around every light bulb inside the lobby. Service was good, staff were always as helpful as possible and catered to every need. However we enquired about getting a massage and were told to just turn up, on arrival we were told there was a 4 hour wait time. Obviously we would of booked if we were informed correctly. One of the better hotels in this city, worth it if you are here visiting or on a business trip.

Everyone, from the front desk, in-hotel restaurant, and housekeeping, have been excellent. Their services have been second to none! The rooms are very clean and accommodating. The food is amazing! The waiters are very attentive and excellent. Housekeeping staff are excellent. Even the hotel security is awesome, always ready to assist when needed. I highly recommend the Harvest Hotel to anyone wanting to experience the Philippines in a top rated Hotel at a very affordable rate. I will be staying here for another 2 weeks, and will certainly return to this hotel when I return next year.
