The food was decent, but the service really let the experience down. On a positive note, the atmosphere was enjoyable. I would recommend trying the affogato. --- Is there anything else you would like to add?

The only reason this is not a one star review is because somehow my order is always correct. This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I’ve ever been. Every time I order from there I experience the lack of customer service from their employees. You walk in, they do not acknowledge you (not once have I been greeted). The drive-thru pick up is no better. Management needs to get a handle on the employees there. People do not appreciate spending their money on poor service.

I asked repeatedly, maybe 4 times for light ice and this is what I got. The tag even says light ice . Does filling literally the entire cup with ice mean light ice. I just don 't understand. Next time I will just say ZERO ICE CUBES PLEASE then maybe I 'll only get a bit?

I will not be returning to this Starbucks. My experience last week confirmed my decision. I placed an order through the mobile app, went inside, and ended up waiting for 20 minutes while everyone else received their orders, except for me. I understand that many places are currently understaffed, but that’s not the case here. Having lived in Wyoming for the past nine months, I've observed enough to realize that this location is very poorly managed. I left last week without my order, and I won’t be coming back.
