Before I booked, I read almost a hundred of the most recent reviews. Then formulated two concerns which are the cleanness of toilets and the customer service. However the service quality concern got cleared straightaway when I called to inquire about the sites details as Dominica was very patient and subtle over the phone. Secondly, we stayed there for three days and two nights over a weekend and found the toilets were fairly maintained. Impressively, the provided litter bags are landfill biodegradable. I couldn't find a reason why it shouldn't be a top accommodation choice given the direct access to beach and convenient location in town as well. Will definitely come back to stay again when visit Byron Bay in future.

Wow! As a family of 4 we stayed in one of the cabins over the Easter break. SO clean, such amazing reception service and a very warm and welcoming manager on site at all times! Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great pool, enclosed dog park, kids skate park and a direct access walk to the beach.

Very friendly staff! I am also a huge fan of the Falafels! I love to start my day by just surfing the web, sitting under palm trees sipping on quality coffee.
