Dragon Inn Chinese - BYFORD

The dining experience was disappointing. The food arrived quickly, but it was flavorless and poorly presented. That's all there is to say. I won't be returning.

The food was absolutely inedible. The rice was dry and hard, combined with dried peas, and the honey chicken consisted of large, soggy pieces of dry chicken breast that had no flavor. If there had been an option for 0 stars, I would have selected that. Don’t waste your money!

This was probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I'm really disappointed.

Terrible experience. I ordered dinner as I had guests arriving only to realise after almost an hour that order had been canceled because restaurant was not ready when Uber Eats driver arrived. I called restaurant and asked if I can pick the order and they said they no longer had the order. I placed a new order to pick up myself I was told it will be $51.40 on arrival an arrogant staff member rudely refused to accept payment as per the charge advised on the phone forced me to pay a slightly higher amount. I ended up paying as o realised it was a worst of time trying to explain to her the importance of good customer service how much they had unconvinced me.

Braised duck with mushrooms and vegetables was on point. The beef satay was pretty good too.
