Fattys - Buxton

The shrimps and grits are the kind of meal that you are excited to take a bite and then feel your mouth spreading into the greatest smile. It is the kind of meal that kills every conversation, because why do you use your mouth for speaking when you pamper in a symphony of flavors? It is the type of meal you use your frits to enjoy all the remaining engraving, because it is inappropriate to lick your dish clean in a restaurant. It is the type of meal that you think for two weeks after you eat it, and then decide to publish a Google review so that other people get to enjoy it. In short, I loved the shrimps and grits at Fatty's Treats Tours, and I hope a holiday back to Buxton, NC soon so I can eat it again!

This place was okay. The ice choices are the usual. The service was great! The young lady was very friendly and welcoming. The place seemed a little letgo. The ice tags were hard to read, I think because they were so old. The place was dark. They had a nice decor in the seating area with wall paintings on the walls, but also dark in there. It was just okay. Not great, but not too bad.

The staff was super cool and friendly!! The food was delicious. I will say they have the absolutely best shrimps and grits I have ever had only wow!!! Very recommend this place!!!

Excellent food and staff are super-friendly! Prices are very reasonable. This place is a hidden gem, we'll be back.

We stayed across the street so we walked over for lunch twice to take back to the house. The shrimp po boy and fries were great fries are thin and crispy. Easy takeout. We will return!
