Tita's Pupusería Lonchera

Amazing food for good price! This is my first time trying pupusa and I’m glad I tried it at Tita’s. Don’t sleep on their soup either, we ordered caldo de res, and the soup was so nice and light, it helped washing away the greasiness you get earlier from the pupusas. Only thing I will say is watch out for flies if you plan to eat in the tent near the food truck. But consider it as part of the street food experience. Meal type: Dinner

If your from southern ca. skip this and if you have never eaten a burrito in your life please don’t start here. I took a bite of my carne asada taco and gave the rest away, same thing with lengua. Dig into my carne asada burrito so sad, lots of lettuce and beans inside. No salsa. Barely any meat. Maybe the pupusa would be worth it but with 4 other food trucks within 40 yards I would check them with out Service: Dine in

I could almost recommend driving down the I-5 just to stop here in Buttonwillow. I can whole-heartedly endorse the pupusas as some of the best I've had and the rest of their food is delish as well. They have a permanent truck placement with sun shelter adjacent and Porta-potty nearby. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
