Being located inside the small mall, operating hours of Hap Chan Tea House is hinged on the time schedule of SM Hypermart. We visited nearly 8 PM and there were only us who were dining at that hour. I thought they were about to close.The big bowl of congee with century egg and shredded chicken was very good.

Love the fried rice..hate it when there is no century egg
