Sonic Drive-in - Butler

Spoke to Deb and Emily and they took awesome care of myself and gf. Their burgers are still the best!!! YUMMY!

I was excited to find a Sonic to stop by. I ordered online a quarter pound double cheeseburger and had to take the ketchup off and added lettuce, tomato, and onions. They delivered a single patty. Inn be let them know and they quickly brought a double WITH ketchup and NO lettuce, tomato, or onions. I wish I could find a Sonic to get an order right.

Over the years this chain has went down hill. Food isn't as it used to be. Not to mention the long wait. The food is mediocre but the prices just keep going up.... 2 people can't eat there for under 25-30$ I understand the economy has gotten worse and taxes are high.... but that doesn't have an impact on the quality of food people have come to expect, or the ridiculously long wait. Last time I went to sonic I didn't finish my coney because it was cold in the middle and edges of bun and chili were burnt.... ? my dog wouldn't even eat it....

Fast and friendly staff we spent on average 5 dollars each and food was hot and drinks were good.

This review is for the managers . They are cruel narcissists and degrade their female employees. They call them names. They fire in front of other employees.when it is time for the kids to get off work they don’t let them leave in a timely manner. They are to be off at 11 pm will keep them and makes the ride wait till around 1130 or 12 . Will not be going back to this sonic.
