Getting out of the booth my five year old grandson spilt his caramel frappe. I went up to the counter to let them know that we had a mess on the floor that would require a mop. They were very nice and remade another frappe for my grandson.

Ordered curbside, waited 20 minutes before going in. Cashier had an attitude stating that, “We don’t do curbside.” Then that turns into, “Well we do, but it’s broken.” No mention of this in the app and other people are sat in curbside waiting for their orders (in plain sight of the drive through window). No option to cancel the order in the app or get a refund. Another 10 minutes for the food to be made. Overall, just annoying experience and I wouldn’t come to this McDonald’s again.
