The front register could use a different person. I waited for quite a while, but no one was there to assist me. Eventually, a girl walked by without even looking my way. She went to the drive-thru window to get herself a drink, turned around, noticed me, and approached as if I were a bother. Her tone was very curt. When I left, she was leaning against the front counter by the register, engrossed in her cell phone.

When I arrived at the window, the staff member didn’t say a word in response to my greeting. They took my card and handed me my drinks, but still didn’t say anything. A few minutes later, they returned to inform me, “I don’t know if I told you, but we’re waiting on your food.” (Keep in mind, this was after a complete lack of communication!) After a wait of 25 minutes, we finally received our food. I mentioned that if I had known it would take that long, I would have chosen something else. Unfortunately, they did not apologize.

Parking: There is a large parking lot surrounding the building. Wheelchair accessibility: There are designated accessible parking spots and easy access to the entrance.

Our drinks were spilled out the drive thru window, we were offered napkins. The window attendant then informed us that she only gets one day off and her hours are gonna have to change for personal reasons, as if after dumping our drinks in the car window that we cared. I understand accidents happen but to only offer napkins and then complain about your job is a no no sorry. Also when I called to speak to a manager no one answered the phone at 3:30 in the afternoon. Never again the food wasn't even worth it.

Ordered #17 famous bowl , the amount of food in bowl seemed very limited, tables were not very clean. Employee came out and used bare hands to clean crumbs from table never wiped down. But service when ordering was good.
