Hardwood Cafe - Butler

Food barely warm. Overpriced. After making reservation for small group meeting for dining room, we were asked half way thru meal to pick up our own plates and move to a back room to accommodate a larger private party (there was still plenty of space where we were). Service staff not personally and acted like we were bothering her. Used to go here all the time. Now I know why I 've stopped.

Our waitress was really nice, great personality, easy to talk to, and the group of teenagers she had really liked her. The food was great! All the kids came back and raved over the experience and food! Great job done by all. Definitely will be returning. Thank you so much!

I have been to Hardwood Cafe many times and noticed on my last few visits that the food has really gone downhill. The food used to be good no matter what you ordered. Now it seems to be overcooked, dry, and flavorless. If you're looking for a place to drink and watch a ball game, Hardwood Cafe is perfect!

Aimee our waitress was excellent. She gave us time to sit and chat, checking back regularly to see if we were ready to order. Food was prepared very well. We will defnitely return to this restaurant.

Service was timely and courteous and food was very good.
