Doug's Place Llc - Butler

On my first trip to Butler, I stopped at Doug's Place, and opted for the pulled pork plate, with baked beans and potato salad as my sides. I swear I took a photo of the food, but can't seem to find the picture. The first thing I noticed was how courteous the staff was, as they often tend to be in small towns. I entered the building, and was warmly greeted, even though between their lobby and drive thru, they were quite busy. I overheard the buzz about the place from the locals in there eating lunch, and it all seemed positive. When my food arrived at my table, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The woman who was serving was very attentive on refills with my iced tea. The sauce they had for the pulled pork was homemade and was quite tasty, with just enough spice to give it some zing without being overbearing hot. I go to Butler frequently, and I'll definitely return here. The price was great, the hospitality was amazing, and the food was pretty darn good.

Have the absolute best service with the hottest waitresses.

Grilled chicken salad was generous and varied (fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, etc. with two small sefvingd of dressing (they charge for extra but the meat itself was not grilled chicken. It was chopped processed chicken with an infused smoke flavor. Not what I expected of course. Would not order again.
