Auntie Anne's - Butler

Absolutely disgusted with the way my family and I were treated by the staff here at Auntie Anne’s. Even the manager of all people was so nasty towards us. We wanted 3 pretzels. I don’t know what was so hard to comprehend that’s all we wanted but apparently it was so hard to the point the manager and a worker started saying “I can’t do this” and “I’m done” and just shook her head. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Got 2 pretzels today, one tasted fine the other one tasted almost like chemicals. Went up and asked the lady for a new one and she goes “they’re all fresh” then gave me a new one and as I’m walking away mumbles something under her breath. Real professional?

Older lady at the counter is consistently rude. One of the 2 pretzels tasted like chemicals, asked for another just for the lady to mumble under her breath.

Employee had us wait for food that was in the oven. Upon waiting 10 minutes for the food it comes out burnt. Then she leaves for 20 minutes. Not satisfied, will not be returning.

Can't ever find this location open anymore. They are never there until their hours say they will be. Massively disappointing. Photo is just after 6:30PM on Wed, May 24, 2023. Not a soul in sight. Mall security says they've been gone awhile already.
