Not authentic but generous portions, I 'm okay with that. They don 't serve skirt steak for fajitas
It's no surprise that this place shut down; it was run by the same people who managed Why Not 2, which also failed.
I had a disappointing experience at this Mexican restaurant. The nachos were not good at all; the chips were soggy, and the cheese was barely warm. Honestly, I would have preferred to make nachos at home. My chimichanga was cold in the center and had the texture and taste of damp cardboard. To make matters worse, it was really cold inside the restaurant, and I ended up feeling unwell afterwards. I can't recommend this place to my friends from Texas or anyone else.
The tostones weren't prepared as described on the menu. We ordered the chorizo and cheese tostones, but there was no cheese—just Pico de Gallo, lettuce, and sour cream on top. The burger was decent, but the bacon was chewy and overwhelmingly fatty. The fries were greasy and soggy, which is disappointing considering that under the previous owner, the burger and fries were the highlights of the menu. My wife tried the half-order of chicken nachos and found them just okay; she wouldn't order them again. I also noticed the ladies at the table next to us sent back their wings because they looked unappetizing, as if the sauce was simply dumped onto the plate rather than tossed with the wings. At first glance, it resembled a pasta dish smothered in Alfredo sauce. On a positive note, the bartender was friendly and attentive. However, I don't think we'll return for a meal, though we might consider coming in for drinks instead.
