Hosteria La Corte - BUSSOLENGO

One of the nine sister restaurants of the Ristoasi family group. Having dined at two, we suspect all are equal in status. The menus apparently differ but all serve excellent pizza. We were very pleased with both La Corte and Villa Eire. The servers are especially good!

Pasta was ok, fish and vegetables were dry and not fresh. The cake was so dry we couldnt cut it. The service was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend.

The pizza was too dry but the place is nice, friendly staff, nice choice of beer and wine. The restaurant it's very close to a nice mall, once finished you can go there quickly

All in the average. Very large place, very high affluence, care in the dishes really minimal without any specialty, Piedmontese meat cut demand to the blood arrived cooked and cmq of questionable quality. Sprinkled vegetables rather than cooked, as from menu, the caponata. Polenta with mushrooms without flavor.... Nothing really... Maybe pizza is worth a good comment, but I only saw it in many dishes around us.... not having tasted it saves me. Easy place for what costs.

Place absolutely to visit. Great choice of dishes both land and sea, excellent pizzas and various doughs available. Excellent choice of wines and amari/grappe. SEMPRE board to book.
