Restaurant almost magical because it still cooks in express mode and then with flavors still not 'industrial'. The service is great, precise, not intrusive and very nice. The environment a little retro but very clean. At the Fogolar you eat meat in the grill of excellent quality and cooked in the grill. Wines and desserts of excellent quality and invoice. I suggest proposing the meat explaining which breed and breeding comes and maybe show the cuts before cooking. All the rest I recommend this small corner of goodness in Bussolengo.

A mandatory stop for grilled meat lovers! We took a Fiorentina of 2.5 kg for 4 people: perfect grill cooking, really excellent quality. Also very good potatoes in the accompanying oven, peeled and cooked fresh at the moment. Wine of the house (Bordolino) very pleasant. Homemade grappa cherries: a discovery! Really recommended: I have to return to the area I will definitely return.

Excellent home cooking prepared from the owner. Great meat and well cooked....as well as the first. We ate tortellini butter and sage two fillets of veal from 250 gr each with contour of potatoes (ottime) and a calf from 350 gr. with contour of grilled zucchini. I recommend it. Quality

As a location it will certainly not attract for modern decor or fashionable things but it reminds you that the kitchen should be savored and not watched. We leave the artists aesthetic embellishment and good tastes good food. Honest prices and courteous holders. We are not from the area but a flag to remind us of the place the abbimo mass! Small advice from meat eaters, alternative cuts to Florentine or coasted or perhaps vary on breeds: Finn, limousine prussia...and you could also play on the crotch.
