Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Doors were locked during open hours and had to get let in by other customers. Not enough staff rostered for post Ironman triathlon race day. They need to be more prepared next year.

This is the replacement wrap for the previous one that had an inedible amount of sauce. This one... Yep, identical to the first. The young man was polite and apologised as per policy/training but was insincere enough to prompt me to politely question if he would eat the wrap himself , to which he just shrugged. He called through the window for a grilled wrap no lettuce no sauce and I said no I would like sauce just like the proper amount This place sucks I have no idea why I haven 't boycotted yet.

It is disheartening to witness an older blonde woman, possibly the boss or manager, speaking rudely to all the staff members. A group of young individuals are working diligently in a less than optimal setting, only to be scolded for talking and lingering in one spot for too long. This is not an appropriate way to treat employees or anyone, and definitely not a place where I would want my children to work. Improvement is necessary.

The service at this restaurant was terrible, the place was dirty, and the staff were standing around chatting and on their phones despite being short-staffed. In addition, they did not follow proper hygiene practices. It took us half an hour to receive a simple breakfast order, only to find out it was wrong. This was a complete letdown and improvements need to be made.

I wanted to stop by after a concert and arrived at 10pm, but I was really disappointed to see that the restaurant was already closing up, despite their posted hours stating that they were open until 11pm. It's important for businesses to either stay open until their advertised closing time or update their hours accordingly. By closing early, they missed out on potential revenue from the many other cars that arrived expecting them to be open.
